    Dock & Door Repair, offers you factory-trained, skilled technicians. Our technicians are the difference in why companies choose us. Having the proper training saves our customers time and money.

    Don't waste your time and money on someone who claims to be knowledgeable about your equipment. We serve Northeastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. We service, Kelley™ , Serco™, Rite-Hite®, McGuire™, Blue Giant™, Rytec™, Chase™, Clopay™ and Overhead Door™ Wayne Dalton doors we also service a variety of scissor lift products too. As a Kelley stocking parts dealer, we have the capability to service your equipment at your site from our fully equipped trucks.

    Our service and installation trucks are equipped with over $8,000.00 of parts to repair any brand of equipment you may have. If we don't have the OEM part, we likely will have a universal or reverse engineered part to repair your equipment.

    We try to avoid return trips, that causes both of us lost time and money. Our service program is fully insured and bonded. We offer a one-year warranty on all parts and labor.

    Dock & Door Repair also services customers nationally. Our strong dealer network allows us the ability to serve customers seamlessly across the county.     When you need us there now, we will drop our current work schedule and get your equipment operational.

    PMP Customer Service Program
    Many of our customers contract us on a quarterly, semi annual or multiple times per year. Our PMP customers will always receive preferential treatment when they need service. You can learn more about our Planned Maintenance Program from this website.

    General Service
    Our speedy coordinated response to your service request. We offer one man or two men crews. Our customers tell us we have the most professional technicians that work hard and solve their problems. When our work is completed, you will receive a work ticket that describes the work performed and any additional recommendations for your equipment
